Sessions
Rachel sees clients for 1.5 hours and fees are payable at the end of each session by cash or cheque.
Concessions apply if you are not working, a student or on a pension.
Health Funds
If you have ancillary benefits for psychology with your health fund you are able to claim your consultations.
Medicare Rebate
If you have a referral from your Doctor you can claim a rebate of $75 for up to 12 sessions in a year. When you book your appointment with your GP you need to tell their receptionist to make a long appointment for a Health Care Plan (Item 2710) to ensure your GP has enough time to complete a short questionnaire to qualify you for Medicare benefits.
Cancellations
Please advise 24hours notice if you need to cancel your appointment otherwise you will be charged the full fee.
